Directions

  1. Combine yogurt, mustard and cheese in small saucepan.
  2. Stir the yogurt mixture over low-medium heat until cheese melts.
  3. Slice potatoes into 1 inch pieces.
  4. Heat oil in skillet. Add potatoes.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add ham and green beans to skillet, and heat through.
  7. Add yogurt sauce and stir to cover.
