  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (12 ounce) box macaroni shells and cheese
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 (2 cup) package cheddar cheese (Shredded)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon garlic

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Add ground beef and onions to skillet and fully cook.
  3. Cook shells in a pot of water.
  4. Drain water out and mix in cheese.Set aside.
  5. Drain ground beef and add cream of chicken soup and garlic to the skillet with the beef. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
  6. Layer ground beef and shells and cheese in a casserole dish, starting with the beef. Between each layer add a little shredded cheese.
  7. Add rest of cheese to the top when dish is full.
  8. Place in oven till cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from oven, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, and serve.
