Easy Hamburger Potato Skillet of Yumminess

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground beef (or Turkey)
  • 2 cups quartered red potatoes, with skins
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 12-1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon mixed Italian herbs
  • 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes until cooked but firm.
  2. Cook bag of peas (or chosen veggies) per instructions. (Steam or boil).
  3. Brown meat and drain if needed.
  4. Remove meat from skillet and melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook till golden.
  5. Add potatoes and cook at high heat, getting them crispy. Careful because it's easy to start smooshing them.
  6. When the potatoes are as crisp as you dare to get them, add the meat, veggies and rest of the ingredients and stir till heated through.
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese and enjoy!
