"I recently found this in a magazine, can't remember which one, I tried it tonight and it was surprisingly tasty. It is SUPER easy, which makes it even better. I added some horseradish and a dash of hot sauce."

ingredients

5 cups rough cut cabbage
¹⁄₂ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon creamed horseradish (optional)

directions

Mix all ingedients, except for cabbage.
Whisk until smooth.
Stir in cabbage, chill for at least 1 hour.
