Directions

  1. Heat water and cornstarch together.
  2. stir till cornstarch is dissolved.
  3. add all ingredients except for the the last three.
  4. bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
  5. cook about 10 min till onions in soup mix begin to soften.
  6. add green pepper and chile.
  7. continue to simmer another 5-10 minute.
  8. while stirring soup slowly drizzle egg into soup (you may not need to use the whole egg).
  9. continue to simmer until egg is no longer raw.
  10. ENJOY!
