  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Grease (I use butter) two 8x4 loaf pans.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Split batter between the loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
