Easy Italian Pasta Salad

"This is something that I made for a feed the homeless event that my husband was involved in. The salad is not to heavy and can also be taken out into the heat without worry of it going bad because there is no mayo in it."

  1. This makes a perfect summer meal and a great way to use up those garden fresh tomatoes. It's a versatile dish as you can also add any left-over cubed cheese, slices of pepperoni, etc. The possibilities are endless. Thanks for sharing this winner, MizEmerilLagasse.

  2. This was awesome! I'm taking it to our church fellowship tomorrow, and I hope there are left overs to bring home! I forgot to get bacon at the store so I used some ostrich bacon instead. Though I'm sure most of you don't have that on hand, it was still good!

  3. i do this same pasta salad, sometimes use pepperoni instead of bacon bits and add chopped cucumbers, but all else the same. it's great for family reunions too!
