  1. From: nanajuli This was wonderful! My family loves the taste of dijon mustard, so I knew it would be a hit! I used half butter and half olive oil, I also increased the red pepper flakes. Yummy and easy!!

  2. This was lick the plate delish. I added a few cherry tomatoes as I cooked the shrimp. Tossed in some cooked linguine and a tad of the pasta water. Huge hit.

  3. Great recipe but I had to make a few changes. i didn't have any shrimp so I used marshmallows and I didn't have any garlic so I used peanut butter. Turned out great

  4. I love this! I only made two changes: 3 green onions (sliced) and 1/4 c. white wine. So easy to make and a great weekday meal that doesn't take up much time. Wonderful over rice. Thanks Kitten!

  5. Delicious and so fast to prepare. (The only snag was my cat feasting on the shrimp as it thawed on the counter.) We all enjoyed the light yet filling dish! The Dijon and red pepper flakes bring out the lemon. I didn't find it mustardy at all. The rice was perfectly flavoured by the sauce. I'm only sad that I forgot to add the parsley! I had made a special trip to the grocery store to pick it up!
