  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. For the crust, combine 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 cups flour; cut 1 cup butter into the mixture. Press into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan and bake 15 minutes. Cool.
  3. Meanwhile, combine 1/4 cup flour and 1 3/4 cup sugar. Stir in eggs and lemon juice. Pour onto crust. Bake about 25 minutes at 350 degrees F until lightly browned and set. Cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
