  • 12 lb ground buffalo meat
  • 12 lb organic ground beef
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 (6 ounce) can of sliced black olives
  • 1 (12 ounce) can chili con carne (with or without beans)
  • 1 (6 ounce) bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (9 ounce) bag Frito corn chips

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Saute chopped onions slightly.
  • Add ground beef and bison and saute with chopped onions.
  • Drain any excess fat after meat is cooked.
  • Crush Frito chips and layer onto a casserole dish.
  • You will add layers of meat, tomato sauce, chili con carne, sliced olives, cheese, then repeat layers starting with crushed fritos. You only need to make 2 layers of total ingredients.
  • Top the layer with cheese and crushed fritos.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
