Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 4 crispy crunch chocolate candy bars, crumbled
  • 14 cup dark rum
  • 1 angel food cake

Directions

  1. Whip cream.
  2. Fold in crumbled chocolate bars and rum.
  3. Cut cake in half, horizontally.
  4. Spread bottom half with whipped cream mixture.
  5. Place top half of cake onto bottom half.
  6. Cover cake with remaining whipped cream mixture.
  7. Be sure to fill centre hole.
  8. Can be served right away-- but tastes best if allowed to sit (refrigerated) for a couple of hours.
