  • Lightly spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, combine protein powder, cocoa, vanilla and chia seeds. Mix with enough water to form a loose paste. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Working quickly, add the oats, salt and protein mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Press into prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate 1-2 hours until set.
  • Cut into squares.
  • Will keep for several weeks in the fridge.
