  1. Lightly spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine protein powder, cocoa, vanilla and chia seeds. Mix with enough water to form a loose paste. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Working quickly, add the oats, salt and protein mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Press into prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate 1-2 hours until set.
  7. Cut into squares.
  8. Will keep for several weeks in the fridge.
