Easy No Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake

"This is a very quick, easy and delicious dessert. We like ours with berries on top, and the sweet berry juice running down the sides. Yum! (Please note that cook time is a total guess for the refrigeration time.)"

 1. This is a very good cheesecake! I made this for a neighbor who was celebrating a birthday and the cheesecake made quite an impression. I used the oreo chocolate crust and topped the cheesecake with fresh strawberries so that it wasn't so sweet. I let the strawberries "bleed" first on paper towels before arranging on top. Very impressive! Thank you Junebug!

 2. I made two of these. One to experiment with and see if the recipe works out, and the other one to take to a Christmas dinner. The longer this cheesecake sets, the better it will be. I recommend letting it set up for at least twelve hours or overnight. Everyone loved the cheesecake. A few people even asked me for the recipe. Thanks!

 3. Picked raspberries this afternoon & made this delicious dessert! Don't have 'cool whip' (don't even know what it is!) so used ricotta cheese & some whipped thick cream. Worked really well. Used Weetabix to make the base as I didn't have any biscuits (aka "cookies")!
Decadent & gorgeous! Thanks for a fab recipe!

 4. This was very easy to make with few ingredients. My family really enjoyed it. We used light Cool Whip and low fat cream cheese, and it still tasted great. Will definately make this again.

 5. Can't believe how easy it was to make this amazing cheesecake! I used fresh strawberries and froze the cheesecake for an hour. It turned out perfect! Will make it again!

I am a wife, Mother and Grandmother. I am a native Texan and can't imagine living anywhere else. My Grandmother taught me to cook before I could see the top of the counter. I remember standing on a stool in her kitchen learning to make pancakes. My Mother loved to cook and it seems she was cooking (or cleaning) most of the time. So those are the two ladies responsible for nurturing my love of cooking! As you can see I cook and review recipes more than I post them. That's because I am a pinch of this and a dollop of that cook and it's hard to put those recipes down on paper.
