  1. Is it right that there are no eggs??

  2. So easy and delicious. We didn't get round to eating it until 2 days after cooking, and it was so moist, similiar to a chocolate mud cake!

  3. Great easy cake, and the icing was perfect consistency. I made cupcakes and piped the icing on, they were well received at my friend's housewarming. Thanks!

  4. I was looking for chocolate cake recipes that were easy + simple to make without egg. I tried this one the other night, substituted the golden syrup for maple syrup (it was all I had!) and added big chunks of cherry ripe into the batter. I must say that this was the easiest cake I've ever made, and it came out perfect. It tasted delicious, and it was really rich so you can only eat a small slice at a time! The frosting came out perfect as well, which surprised me because I've always had trouble creating the perfect frosting. I'd really recommend this recipe to anyone!
