  1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
  2. Cut bread into dice-size cubes.
  3. Toss into medium size bowl.
  4. Mix oil into melted butter in small, separate bowl.
  5. Drizzle oil/butter over cubes, while tossing them around in the bowl.
  6. Keep tossing, while adding garlic.
  7. When evenly coated, place in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until browned.
  9. Cool.
  10. Store in airtight container or zip lock bag.
