  1. Brown ground beef, drain.
  2. Add water, salt, and sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. In 11"x7" baking dish, layer hot sauce, uncooked noodles, cottage cheese, then mozzarella.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
  6. Cover tightly with foil.
  7. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
  9. Garnish with Parmesan.
