“This is a recipe I got from Mr. Food a LONG time ago...it is still our favorite! It's changed a little over the years, but the basics make for a great dish. Easy to double or prepare ahead of time. The measurements can be changed to suit your tastes or diet needs - more lemon juice or less oil/butter. It seems like it tastes really good every time we make it! The thinner the chicken breasts, the quicker it gets done! Tastes great served with rice and sauteed mushrooms. My husband loves soy sauce on his... Also, you could use turkey cutlets instead of chicken because they don't need to be flattened.”

  3. Dip the chicken in the oil mixture, then coat with the cheese mixture.

  5. Fry the chicken until golden and done, about 5-8 minutes per side.
