Easy Pasta Salad

ingredients
- 4 spring onions
- 1⁄4 green capsicum
- 1⁄4 red capsicum
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 can pineapple chunk
- 2 cups cooked spiral shaped pasta
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
directions
- Chop onions, capsicum, eggs and celery into similar sized pieces.
- Place in a bowl and add pineapple pieces, cooked pasta and salt and pepper.
- Spoon in mayonnaise and mix well.
- Chill then serve.

I live in Australia but I am Spanish. I am a dressmaker by trade but find myself enjoying cooking more these days.
