Easy Peach Crisp for Two

"This is an easy dessert I made for myself because my husband does not like dessert. It's even better with vanilla ice cream."

  • Mix all filling ingredients together and put in small casserole dish.
  • For topping, mix flour, brown sugar and oats together and spoon evenly on top of filling.
  • Lay thin slices of butter on top of topping mixture.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  2. I used brown sugar in the filling. Added almonds to the topping. This is QUICK, EASY and very tasty. The kitchen smells wonderful while it is baking!

  4. I love it now i can have the great desert that grandma use to make for just me. That is great no one in house likes this so no I can have it all too my self. Very good taste i added extra oats that was good too.
     
  5. This recipe makes 2 very generous servings. I was surprised how tastey this was with canned peaches. I added pecans to the topping mixture. Next time I make this, I will probably cut back to 1/4 cup of each dry ingredient instead of 1/3 cup; other than that good recipe. Thanks for posting.
