"So very easy to make, the recipe doubles very nicely. Made up a couple batches to freeze for Christmas gifts. Recipe came from an Amish Cookbook published in 1977."

  1. My husband is a peanut butter cookie fanatic, and he LOVES these cookies! I have to make them for him very often, and the ingredients are usually already in my pantry. These cookies are both delicious and convenient :)

  3. These are pretty tasty. Had PB I wanted to use up and didn't want to use butter, but was hoping for something a little more chewy. Not a five star, but they will still get gobbled up.

Love to cook homemade meals and can, can, can!!! We raise all of our own meat, and most of our own produce. I take great pride in making meals from all of our own ingredients and make a game out of seeing how long I can go without going to the grocery store.
