ingredients

1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

directions

Combine all ingredients. take a spoonfull of batter and roll it into a ball. Lay ball on a cookie sheet and use a fork to create a criss cross pattern in top of cookie.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350.
Either let cool on a cooling rack or enjoy warm!
