Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 -4 lbs pot roast
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelopelipton's beef and onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Place roast in crockpot.
  2. Mix both cans of soup and dry beefy onion seasoning in bowl, and pour over roast.
  3. Turn on low, and cook for 8 hours, or until the roast is desired tenderness.
  4. That's it -- REALLY!
  5. We usually serve this with cowboy mashed potatoes and rolls.
  6. ENJOY!
