Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 head broccoli, crown cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 (435 ml) jar alfredo sauce (any type)
  • 14 kg smoked salmon (previously frozen from the deli section of your grocery store is fine)
  • pasta, penne is the best (any type)
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Cut up the broccoli into bite sized pieces and crumble the smoked salmon.
  2. Over medium heat, heat the alfredo sauce.
  3. Add the broccoli and smoked salmon.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Warm until heated through.
  6. Enjoy as a sauce to the pasta.
