Easy Peasy Soup

"Simple method, can be served hot or cold. The yoghurt topping is my suggestion. My brother likes to make fish finger "croutons" to go on top"

  • Put peas, onion and garlic in a pan with 500ml water.
  • Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until the onion and garlic are tender.
  • Whiz until smooth, return to pan and warm through. If soup is too thick, thin with water or cream.
  • Season and serve topped with the yoghurt.

How I rate... 5 stars - perfect, will make again without any changes. 4 stars - Liked it, will make again again but with changes. 3 stars - had to make major changes but got it to work. 2 stars - had to make major changes and it didn't work. 1 star - went terribly, a waste of time and ingredients, I cried, BF cried the cats cried you get the picture...
