Directions

  1. Boil beets for approx.
  2. 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain and pour cold water over them.
  4. Peel skin off and cut roots& tops off.
  5. In a sauce pan add remaining ingredients, stir.
  6. and add beets, bring to a boil.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Chill.
  9. Good for 1 month in refridgerator.
