Easy Pickles-In-A-Blanket Appetizers

"These are easy and so good, I like to use the dried Italian salami or all beef salami, use mini gherkin pickles also known as cornichons or small dill pickles --- make certain to tell your deli person to slice the salami thin -- I have listed the yield at 36 appetizers that amount is only estimated it will depend on what size you slice the rolls."

  1. These are so tasty! We use salami or ham deli meats and top off with a garlic stuffed green olive! Fabulous for camp out appetizers and football season! Goes great with beer and several wines as well!

  2. SOOOO Good! These are always a hit anywhere I take them. Easy to make too. I just use softened cream cheese, mini dill pickles and deli ham or turkey. Simple!

  3. What a lovely little snacky and delicious too. DH took these to a card party and they were gone in no time flat. I used thinly sliced salami and regular cream-cheese sprinkled with just a touch of garlic powder on each. Thanks for a great keeper recipe Carol~ Made for Going Green in March in KK's forum.

  4. This was my mom's contribution to any sleepovers that my sister and I had when we were younger. Now, my sister's kids love them too!! We use the thin slices of deli beef and dill pickle spears. These always go very fast!!
