This was awesome and very addicting! I used low fat cream cheese, light sour cream and 50% reduced fat pepperoni and you would never know it was a reduced fat recipe. Yum! Baked for about 35-40 min. I took it to a small party and it was nearly completely demolished (maybe 1/2 cup left)! Served with blue corn tortilla chips. Thanks so much lucid! :)

We really enjoyed this. DH didn't want green chilies in his and I did, so I made half a recipe and used 1 cup ramekins. This worked out really well, perfect for 2-YES I SAID 2, we each ate the whole ramekin full with chips! I used reduced fat cream cheese, reduced fat sour cream, and reduced the baking time to 30 minutes. Thanks for sharing, Nick's Mom

My husband and I have been together for over 10 years, married for 5. My husband is in school for his PhD in Math, and I have my Master's in Library Science. We have a 1 year old son.

I love cookbooks, and have a ton of vintage ones dating as far back as the 1920's. When DH's grandmother passed away, I inherited all of her cookbooks and recipes, and for Christmas we created a family cookbook using scans of her recipe cards.
