Super easy, yummy pizza crust! Made for a great pizza night for my kids and I. I finally got to use my pizza press that I bought at an auction this summer, and I will never make another crust without it. So delicious and made a good, thick, even crust. Thanks for a great recipe Food Euph4ria. Made for Bargain Basement Fall 2013.

This pizza dough is wonderful. It is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor is delicious...I have tried other dough's and they did not have near the flavor of this one. I used a pesto sauce and topped with mozzarella (of course) bacon crumble (I pre-cooked) tomato, spinach, purple onion and pineapple...WOW, the flavors really complimented each other. (When rising the dough I would recommend a warm place, if it's to cool it will not rise like you might expect) This is now our favorite pizza dough....I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family. :)
