ingredients
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered until thickened, about 20 minutes.
- Spread over pizza dough and add with your favorite toppings.
