Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground lean pork
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon sage
  • 18 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 14 teaspoon thyme
  • 14 teaspoon hot red pepper (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour

Directions

  1. Mix altogether and form into patties.
  2. Fry in frying pan until done.
