  • Preheat oven 425.
  • Add 1/2 cup of oil to each pan and put in oven for 10min.
  • Peel and grate potatoes and onions. Remove moisture from potatoes.
  • Mix in eggs, salt, baking powder, flour.
  • Drop batter 1/4 cup of batter into the hot oil and press down until tray is full.
  • Bake 15-20 min or until golden brown then flip latkes and cook for 10-15 minute.
  • Use 2 9x13 pans.
