  • Place pork in crock pot.
  • Top with garlic and onion.
  • Pour in beer.
  • Cook on low 9 to 10 hours until you can easily shred the roast with a fork.
  • Remove from crock pot and shred the meat removing as much of the fat as possible.

  2. This was really different, but it was really tasty. The whole house smelled delicious by the time it was ready for eating! The BF and I both really enjoyed it. The pork was so deliciously tender; ate it on Kaiser buns! MMM!
     
  3. This was exactly what the recipe says, easy! And wonderful as well! I needed a quick easy recipe to make pulled pork in order to make cuban sandwiches. I will use this recipe for the pork alone as well! Yumm!!
