1. This recipe was so easy to make and the result was delicious! I made one change; instead of a yellow cake mix, I used 1- 17.5 oz sugar cookie mix (Aldi). This made a crust similar to shortbread. I will definitely be making again! Thanks, Chris!

 2. Absolutley Delish!!!! All i had was a white cake mix which turned out fine! I also saved about 3/4 cup of the crust mix for the top, which i put in the food processor with 1tbl cold butter, 1/4c sugar, 1/4c flour to make a streusell! Very good! Oh i also put a 1/2c butter in the cake mix instead of 2 tbl, what can i say, i like my butter!

 4. EASY AND DELISH! The only thing I might try the next time just to have a variety is use a spice cake cake mix and double the cheese cake filling part, But they are AWESOMEjust the way they are! Thanks for sharing the recipe Will let you know if I make other way!

 5. Very easy and very yummy! I was worried that the thick layer of cake mixture might turn out crumbly and was very pleased to find that it did not! Thank you very much!!

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
