"I saw this recipe (well very similar) on TV.
Yesterday (cold and grey outside) I decided to make my own version. We were very happy with the outcome!"

- 2 cups buttermilk pancake mix
- 2⁄3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
- maple syrup, warmed
- walnuts (to garnish)
directions
- Mix all ingredients in order given.
- I used a pancake griddle, can also be made your favorite way of cooking pancakes!
