  1. Add bouillan cube to hot water and dissolve in a 1-quart saucepan.
  2. Add chicken breasts to pan and boil until cooked throughout. Shred chicken in pan while retaining juices.
  3. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and salsa verde to chicken; simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with cheese, tortillas/chips, sour cream and/or lettuce.
