Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (6 1/4 ounce) box long grain and wild rice blend
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (or chicken)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (15 ounce) cancut baby corn

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
  2. Combine ingredients in baking dish and mix.
  3. Bake for 1 hour, stirring half way through.
