Easy Salisbury Steaks

“I came up with this as a last minute meal and have made it ever since. I usually make up a big batch of the steaks and keep them in the freezer for an even quicker meal!”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • Steaks
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 cup onion
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Gravy
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2 packets brown gravy mix

Directions

  1. For Steaks- Mix all steak ingredients together and make into patties (I usually get around 5).
  2. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes (you can also fry in skillet as you would cheeseburgers).
  3. For Gravy- Mix together in skillet and add steaks!
  4. Enjoy!
