Easy Salsa

"Something I came up with and much fresher tasting than store-bought....really not too spicy. Control your heat with the addition of serrano peppers or Tabasco. Enjoy!"

  • Process onion and jalapenos in food processor, until coarsely chopped.
  • Add all remaining (except optional) ingredients to food processor, and process.
  • Taste to check "heat" level - add serranos or Tabasco as desired. Process to desired texture.

I live in Sugar Land, Texas. I love to try new recipes. My husband jokes that if he likes something, I never make it again for 6 months! My children are very picky, but do have their favorites that I try to include in our menu more often than every 6 months.
