- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1⁄2 cup salsa, your choice (mild-med-hot)
- 1⁄2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1/2 cup mexican cheese
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 dash salt & pepper or 1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
directions
- 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F (175 DEGREES C).
- 2. MIX ALL DESIRED INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL. GET YOUR HANDS INTO IT. MIX UNTIL YOU CAN PICK IT UP IN ONE PIECE.
- 3. BAKE 45 MINUTES UNTIL DONE, A MEATLOAF PAN IS BEST!
- 4. TOP WITH EXTRA SALSA BEFORE OR AFTER COOKING. ENJOY!
