  1. I made this recipe for my family and they loved it. I didn't have too many mixed vegetables so I shredded carrots and a zucchini.

I am 23 years old and live in Muscatine, Iowa. I just graduated college and got married, two big milestones out of the way! I have been cooking and baking ever since I was a child, but I really started to expand my horizons when I moved out and went to college. I love watching the Food network and am a big fan of Rachael Ray's. I am so glad she also has a daytime talkshow now! I also love to try new recipes and I collect cookbooks. I am also an avid scrapbooker.
