  1. I let the cream cheese set at room temperature until softened and then whip with an electric mixer until fluffy. Fold half the shrimp into the cream cheese. Top with cocktail sauce, shrimp, and lemon wheel. Still easy to prepare, but easier to dip into than a bar of cream cheese.

  2. This was a great treat to have while watching football. Simple and good. I used canned baby shrimp which was a little tough - not the recipes fault. Next time I will use fresh shrimp. Thanks for sharing. Made for Think Pink Tag.

  3. I make this a lot and we love it! The only thing I do different is, I slice the cream cheese in half leangthwise and put some shrimp and sauce on one half....top with the other half and put shimp and sauce on the top! Gives you much more shrimp and sauce taste!

  4. This is often served at family get togethers. We love it!! Verly easy and sooo good!

I'm currently a stay at home mom after working as an office & billing manager for over 5 years. I live in a small town near Indianapolis Indiana. I have a wonderful husband and almost 4 year old son. I have never been much of a cook, I have always loved to bake, but now that I'm home I have the time to prepare meals and learn new things, and I'm really starting to enjoy it :) One of my best friends introduced me to this site, and I glad she did! I used the crock pot for the first time thanks to an easy recipe off Zaar! I look forward to finding and trying out more yummy recipes!
