  • in a quart measuring cup stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk, and vanilla together until partially blended.mixture is too thick to throughly blend in all ingrediants). put butter on top of the ingrediants in center of the dish. microwave on high for 2 minutes or until dish feels warm on bottom. stir vigourously until smooth. pour onto wax lined dish 8*4*3" chill one hour in the fridge. cut into squares.
  • for peanut butter fudge follow directions as above, except substitute 1/2 cup peanut butter for cocoa. add peanut butter after microwaving.

  2. I liked the ease of preparation for a quick fudge fix. However I would like a bit less cocoa and more sugar for my taste. Now that I see how easy it is to make I will be anxious try the peanut butter version too. I happen to be one of those persons who adores fudge...especially since it doesn't need expensive marshmellow cream or long cooking! Thanks Chef fisabililah! Made for PAC Spring 2012.
