Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb sliced bologna
  • 1 lb sliced salami

Directions

  1. Place lunch meats in freezer until frozen solid.
  2. Take frozen meats and place on BBQ or Smoker as far away from heat source as possible.
  3. When the meat has fully defrosted it is ready to remove from smoker.
  4. Place meat in heavy ziplock bag or tupperware type container.
