ingredients

3 tablespoons sugar
¹⁄₂ cup vinegar
¹⁄₂ cup water
1 tablespoon salad oil

directions

Blend the sugar, vinegar and water. Toss with the salad greens and keep in a cool place (up to several hours).
Just before serving, drain off the liquid, add it to the oil AND WHATEVER SEASONINGS YOU LIKE and toss again with your greens.
