- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 8 large garlic cloves, smashed and roughly chopped
directions
- Combine the Italian dressing and garlic chunks in a ziplock bag. Add the meat and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 12 hours. Works great with chicken, too!

Made this for Spring PAC 2011 and it's a lot like your other marinade recipe#438300 (Simple Steak Marinade). I used this on some steaks and added some red pepper flakes also to this for a little more zing and let marinade about 1/2 a day. It is an easy recipe (as stated) and I will try this again.
