“There is a small steakhouse in Murfreesboro, TN that has the most amazing steak marinade that I have not found ANYWHERE else! One day I asked my waiter if he would share some of the ingredients with me. After getting home I immediately began experimenting to see if I could re-create the flavor of THAT marinade while the taste was still fresh in my mind. This is what I came up with. I brush the marinade all over the steaks and place them in a vacuum-seal bag in the refrigerator a couple hours before I want to begin cooking. Delicious!”
