  1. I really enjoyed this recipe, it was very simple. I used cube steak, and I fried the nuggets, the with the grease I fried them in, I made gravy for dipping, threw together some mac and cheese, and some veggies, and it was like having bite sized country fried steak, Thank you for posting this recipe, my family loved it. Sincerely, Kathleen Hurst

  2. My family gives this 1 a HIGH-FIVE. I altered the recipe by using the cube steaks as is instead of cutting them into nuggets or strips. Instead of using Italian Seasoning, I used Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs. I pan fried our steaks in a little bit of Vegetable Oil. VERY quick & easy dinner. Our complete dinner was done in 20 minutes max. Stacy, Thank you for sharing this recipe.

  3. We really enjoyed this recipe! I had no problems what so ever. I used petite sirlion steaks and cut them into 1/2 inch cubes. I also used garlic and herb breadcrumbs with alittle panko breadcrumbs mixed in too. I let mine baked in oven for 30 minutes just to make sure they were done inside. I did check them after 15 minutes and seen they were still alittle red inside. Thanks for sharing this quick and easy recipe :)

  4. This turned out just okay. I used Italian Bread Crumbs, about 2 garlic cloves minced, and some shakes of garlic salt, italian seasoning and pepper. I gave it 3 stars cause I think I left them in the oven over 15 minutes, thus making them too tough (obviously having nothing to do with the recipe itself). Perhaps they would have been a better texture had I not made that mistake. But my hub has recently learned how to fix problems like that using steak and that is to put it in a pan on the stove adding 2-4 cups of water then turning it to med-high heat with a tight fitting lid. This will steam the already cooked meat making it more tender. After I did this they did taste much better. The flavor was acceptable. I added them to Buttered Egg Noodles (Best Ever) which tasted real yummy the next day as I stored them in the same tupperware. So yeah, 3* cause it was simple/fast with just okay flavor, but making it along side those noodles I mentioned really adds a better flavor. So together it would be 4*. I don't know how long I went over the time limit but if anyone has too tough meat, just do what I did and it can work out fine. There is some what of a possibility I would make this again. Blessings in JESUS to all <3

  5. I thought this was very easy, cheap, fast and tasty. It is a bit like a steak spedini recipe I make, but quicker. I made it before an evening of traveling for sports with the kids along with mashed potatoes and broccoli and was finished in 30 minutes. It might also taste well marinated for a breif time in italian dressing, just for a little added flavor. My husband liked it as well, but the kids weren't thrilled with the "bread" they said that was wrapped around it. Thanks for the recipe.
