  • in a medium saucepan or pot, place water and milk, over medium heat. (Do not allow to boil, or you will have a mess!).
  • when water and milk come to a simmer, add macaroni or pasta of your choice. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until al dente. DO NOT DRAIN -- this becomes your sauce.
  • lower heat to low, and add your cheeses, stir til melted.
  • add pepper to taste. Enjoy this really cheeeesy mac and cheese!
