- 1 1⁄2 lbs hamburger
- 1⁄2 cup dried oatmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

Topping
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
directions
- Mix and bake in loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour.
- Add topping and bake 10 minutes more.
